with 15 years of experience in individual, team and organization development practice. He is the founder and President of ZGroup, Inc.
The focus of his work is assisting leaders to achieve business results by increasing the vitality and performance of individuals and teams.
He is a specialist in leadership coaching, developing team synergy, individual assessment & facilitating change.
Jeff worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where he managed large scale change projects. Jeff has designed and facilitated over one hundred
leadership & team development initiatives. This involved providing customized programs that used training, coaching, and working sessions
to achieve results. He is an expert in individual & team assessment, having administered personality, emotional & cognitive abilities
measures for both selection and development coaching. He has designed and administered numerous 360-degree feedback instruments, assessment
centers, change readiness assessments, organizational culture audits and employee surveys.
Jeff is a frequent presenter at professional conferences such as the American Psychological Association, the Academy of Management and
The Society for Human Resources. Dr. VanderWielen earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the California School
of Professional Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Idaho.
